• Contact our office (772) 340-0220 to inquire if the account for the service location is up to date prior to opening new accounts.
• If Residential, the deposit is $100.00 (check, money order only)
• If Commercial, please contact the District (772) 340-0220 for detail on account and amount of deposit needed.
• Note: The District requires one business days notice to establish an account.

If unable to be at the service location when turning on water, waiver must be completed, signed and submitted to the District via fax (772) 871-5771, mail (450 SW Utility Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986) or in person.
