If you are having trouble viewing the website if your computer is a Windows XP using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8, please be aware that due to the Microsoft no longer supporting both the XP operating system and Internet Explorer 8 we encourage you to download either of the following alternate browsers:

  1. Mozilla Firefox, at a minimum, V29 at http://mozilla.com and download Firefox.
  2. Google Chrome at http://chrome.com and download Chrome.

If your computer is other than Windows XP and you are having viewing issues, please update your computer to all the updates from Microsoft has available to you and also update your browser to the latest version.
