Payment Options

St. Lucie West Services District accepts payments:

  • Bank Drafts: Automated Bank Drafts “ABD”. (Customer must authorize drafts by submitting the completed form with a voided check (see ABD form below). The funds will be submitted directly bank to bank to process on the due date). Statements will be sent to the customer with the amount due and will say “Bank Draft Only – Do Not Pay”
  • Online payments: Go to SLWSD.org click on Payment Tab, Pay your bills now.  This will direct you to rhe Utilities Online Payment page.  Pay with E-Checks (checking accounts, US currency) and Credit Cards; Visa, MasterCard and Discover. You can pay quickly by using the “One Time Payment” options. Enter the account number in the two boxes separated by the dash (-)  XXXXX  –  XXXXX   or you can register to login in with your email address and password to view account history and other information.

If you are a new user follow the instructions Register to Go Green and Pay Bills Online (See Online Payment Instructions.pdf document below)

  • In the office (No Cash): Payments are received by mail US Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS.

Customers may come in person to pay by check, money order or credit cards; Visa, MasterCard and Discover.  Drop Boxes are located on 450 SW Utility Drive outside our gate and also by the entrance of the Customer Service/Administration building.

  • Electronic Payment: Customers online banking payments are accepted as of August 2017. Payments are submitted electronically by the customer’s bank to SLWSD and will be downloaded and processed the next business day (keep in mind schedules may vary from bank to bank).

Email Notification (e-notification): Go Green by signing up for email notifications (e-bills) instead of paper bills. Go to Register & Pay Bills Online

Additional charges: There is no additional charge to customers who select any of the above payment options unless payment is not received by the due date. A late fee of 10% will be automatically added to utility accounts that are received by the times stated below.

Bills generated: On or about the 15th of each month statements are generated and payments are due 20 calendar days from the statement bill date.  Payments received after 3:30 p.m. will be processed the next business day except on the due date 4:00 p.m.  Payments received on the due date after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day and will be considered late and a 10% fee will be automatically added to those utility accounts.

Interruption of services: Services may be interrupted if payment is not received by the “Past Due Date” (please reference the payment late notices if applicable)
